How do i contact LogoBench for further details and inquiries?
For further details and inquiries you can contact our customer support services are available 24x7. If you have already placed an order a separate account is created for every customer. Each customer is communicated through that account area and all the details and designs are also discussed in account area.
Who has the copyrights of the final designs?
LogoBench will provide complete ownership and copyrights to the customer for the designs when the product is delivered. Before the finalization of the project, the ownership and copyrights will be held by LogoBench.
Is the final work compatible in all environments?
Once the logo is finalized LogoBench will provide about 6-7 different formats of the design which includes high resolution vector formats, editable formats and print ready formats.

The final designs are also uploaded in customer's account area from where the designs can easily be downloaded. Furthermore, LogoBench can also email the final designs to the customers if required. Signed copyright transfer documents are also given to the customers only after completion of designs and customer is 100% satisfied.
Can I submit my own ideas for my logo?
Yes. You are welcome to send in your ideas and our team of designers will incorporate those in your logo. You can submit your ideas in your creative brief while placing the order.

How long does it take to get initial concepts?
Once you have placed an order LogoBench starts working on your idea and it takes between 24 to 48 hours to get ready the initial concepts. In case of urgency you can go with the rush delivery option for quicker turn-around time of 24 hours. The initial concepts are uploaded in customer's account area.
What if I don't like any of the initial logo concepts?
You have the option to either request a revision or a refund. Read our refund policy and money back guarantee section for details. Customer can ask for unlimited revisions until he is 100% satisfied, but once a revision has been ordered, the refund policy doesn't stand. Furthermore, customer can also upgrade the package for additional new concepts.

Can you redo / improve my existing company logo?
Yeah! We have a separate redesign package for customers. When you show us your current logo LogoBench's creative director analyzes it according to your need and totally revamps the old design after making improvements in that.
How many changes to the logo can I make?
We aim to keep our customers satisfied and we will make changes/revisions until and unless you are agreed and satisfied with your logo design.
How will the final files of my logo design be delivered?
Your final file formats will be delivered to you via email and will also be available for download from your 'My Account' area on our website.
